Antique Province - An interesting destination has not been discovered

Located in the southern of Boracay, Antique Province offers plenty of adventure and relaxation opportunities, inspiring tourists to explore on their own.

Although there are some beautiful beaches, it is not where Antique really radiates - It must be the green mountains, rice fields, waterfalls and warm smiles from those who call it home. Or it is a unique experience when cooked in KAWA bath hot.

Antique spans the entire West coast of Panay Island, so there are plenty of opportunities to take beautiful sunset photos. Try feeling to go barefoot in the mud and watching the beautiful sunset on the rice field - You really will never forget that experience.

The colorful Binirayan festival held from December 28 to 30 every year is a great experience. All the cities in the province came together to compete with lots of unique performances.

Discover the famous “Kalachuchi” flower walkway and lighthouse in the Nogas Island in southern Antique. The island has kubos (beach huts) you can rent, but no place to eat, sleep, or buy snacks. Let experience a fascinating rubber tree, along with unique mangrove forests along the shore.

San Jose's "Purple House" & Hanging With The Locals is a unique experience that makes you feel like you're Alice in Wonderland. You will enjoy a delicious meal (with purple snacks!) Even bedrooms, furniture, and kitchen appliances are also purple!

You can get there by bus or van from Kalibo or Caticlan or Iloilo city airport. Depending on your departure point, it will take about 2 to 5 hours to get here.

Antique Province is really great for the off-the-beaten-path adventures, the ones who want to roll up their sleeves and get dirty trekking to a stunning waterfall, or be invited to an impromptu dinner with a rice farmer and his family.
