By accessing and using our website for any purpose of searching, referencing or booking, you acknowledge that you’re fully understanding and accepting, as well as agreeing not to violate our Terms and Conditions.
You’re strongly recommended to read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing our products. If you do not agree to any of it please leave our website immediately.
Please also be noted that we reserves the right to cancel or terminate any booking if it’s in such case:
• (i) required by law.
• (ii) payment is not made in time.
• (iii) ticket availability issues.
• (iv) system errors or any technical problems that may cause us in processing customer’s request.
- Acting as a travel agency, beside the ticket fare, ticketing fee and service fee should be collected per passenger on each flight and ticket price is not the same with other websites.
- All information on this site is conducted and belongs to https://flyphilippineairlines.com, which should not be used, copied, changed or modified by any individual or organization. Failing of this condition shall be involved to law.
I. Baggage
1. Free Baggage allowance
The free of charge Baggage must be subject to the conditions and limitations of each Philippines Airline and Our Regulations and are detailed in our baggage page.
2. Excess Baggage
You will be required to pay a charge for carriage of Baggage in excess of the free Baggage allowance. The payment terms are shown in Our Regulations and may be founded in our baggage page.
3. Items unacceptable as Baggage
You must not include in your Baggage: money, jewelry, precious metals, silver ware, negotiable papers, securities, or other valuables (cameras, electronic devices), business documents, passports and other identification documents or samples in their check-in baggage.
You must not bring dangerous goods such as: corrosives battery, gases/LPG/Camp Stove, flammable liquids paint, radioactive materials, infectious substances blood, lighters, matches, explosives, fireworks, organic peroxides bleach, firearms, stunning devices, sharp objects, worker’s tools, blunt instruments…
4. Right to refuse carriage
The airlines may refuse to carry as Baggage the items described in Article 3, and they may refuse further carriage of any such items upon discovery that it is included in your Baggage. Unless advance arrangements for its carriage have been made with us, we may carry on later flights Baggage, which is in excess of the applicable free allowance. The airlines may refuse to accept Baggage as Checked Baggage unless it is properly and securely packed in suitcases and suitable containers to ensure safe carriage with ordinary care in handling.
For code-shared flights or connecting flights, the airlines shall not check through Baggage for other code-shared carriers where they do not have an interline agreement with them. Therefore, please check in advance with us or other carrier if they have an agreement with that airline to know if your baggage can be checked through. If there’s no agreement between both airlines, you are responsible for clearing your Baggage and having it checked-in and re-tagged for the next flight. In this case, the airlines are not liable for any Damage to you and to your Baggage. For further supports, kindly contact the carrier.
5. Search & Scan
Search and Scan is compulsory and completed by airport security staff. If you do not accept it, the airlines may refuse to carry your baggage. The airlines have no responsibility to your baggage damage or lost. You’re recommended to check with the staff at the airport immediately if any damage or lost is founded.
6. Checked Baggage
A. Maximum weight of any single checked baggage piece is 32 kg. Overweight Excess baggage should be repacked or split into lighter units during check-in.
7. Hand Baggage
Hand baggage allowances: 7kg with total size 115cm (56cm length, 36cm width and 23cm height).
A. In addition to the free carry-on baggage allowance, a passenger is allowed to carry on-board one (1) of any of the following items:
- a small handbag
- pocketbook or purse
- an overcoat, wrap or blanket
- laptop with case - maximum dimension: 18 inches X 14 inches X 8 inches (45 cm X 35 cm X 20 cm)
- a reasonable amount of reading material duty free bag infant's food for consumption in flight
B. Passengers are permitted to bring ONE of the following at no charge in addition to the personal items as mentioned in item A
- For persons with disabilities, assistive devices are allowed to be carried for free (e.g. canes, crutches, walkers, and collapsible / foldable / manual wheelchairs* provided that these can be stored in designated priority stowage areas, overhead bins, or under the seats, consistent with applicable government safety requirements)
- small musical instrument (except Guitars) properly packed in a rigid protective case Guitars cannot fit in the overhead compartment of the aircraft or under the passenger seats. To ensure accommodation on flight, all guitars shall be accepted only as check-in baggage whether contained in a hard or soft case. Musical instruments shall be free of charge if within the free baggage allowance of the passenger and within 39inches (100cm) in length.
- a small camera or binoculars
If your baggage size and weight is more than above allowances, please pack it as checked baggage.
8. Animals
If the airlines agree to carry your animals, they will be carried subject to the following conditions: - Pets such as dogs, cats and birds, if and when they are acceptable for carriage as baggage should be placed in a secure and leak-proof container and travel with passenger at least 12 years old; have vaccination certificates and and/or entry permits from the Philippine Bureau of Animal Industry, Animal Health Division Diliman, Quezon City.
Note: For pets traveling to Japan as check in or cargo, kindly inform The Animal Bureau Quarantine of Japan at least forty (40) days prior to the arrival of the pet.
Different rules and regulations on carriage of animals as baggage may apply for specific countries depending on restrictions imposed by local Government Authorities. Kindly contact us by email as soon as possible or at least 5 days prior to your departure date for checking and advice.
II. Tickets
Ticket is not allowed for changing name or transferring to other passengers. You may print out your paper ticket or use e-ticket for more conveniences by showing your reservation code/e-ticket number on your smartphone/mobile phone at the check-in counter to collect your boarding pass and get on the flight.
Reconfirmation of e-ticket received
Our service is completed once the e-ticket is sent to the email address you submitted during the booking process. If you do not receive e-ticket (s) within 5 hours after payment made, please reconfirm by contacting us through our 24/7 supporting email: reservations@flyphilippineairlines.com
We will consider your silence as receiving of our e-ticket email confirmation and should be no claiming upon that.
We are also not responsible for any delay/loss caused by the Wrong email addresses supplied by applicants or the situation the passengers no longer want to use the e-tickets.
Ticketing time limits
Ticket price is only valid at the time of booking made and paid and will not be held if payment do not make right after that. We have no responsibility if ticket price is higher or ticket sold out due to your late payment.
Right to request passenger’s personal information
As an online ticket agency, we reserve the right to ask you to provide the following additional information to prevent the risk of fraudulent transactions:
- Payment card: You may be requested to provide an image of the payment card showing the cardholder's name along with the card number information that covered the middle digits and only showing the first three digits and last three digits of the card.
- Passport: You may be requested to provide the passport photos of both passengers and the card holder.
In case, after requesting or contacting many times but still not receiving the requested additional information, we reserve the right to cancel or terminate the paid booking.
These requests are for the purpose of protecting customers' benefits and preventing fraudulent transactions according to the request of international card organizations.
Personal information
As an online booking agent, we may use and disclose your personal information to third party that performs services (in this case the airlines for which we provide the tickets) or codeshares partners of the airline (depend on each carrier). We may also share your information:
(i) to identify of fraud or error,
(ii) to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities,
(iii) to seek your feedback regarding our relationship with you,
(iv) to protect our rights and safety,
(v) to third parties for the purpose of marketing and servicing our relationship. The third parties that we share the information must protect it and must only use it for the purpose for which it was collected. However, we’re not responsible for ensuring this. Other than above, we will not disclose your information without your acceptance unless required by law.
Advance Seats
Advance seats will be depended on the availability of seats at the time of ticket issued. If you have any special request, kindly note in the special box during the booking process, we’ll try our best to support you.
Service charges
Beside the base fare, taxes and service charges (airlines fuel, passenger service charge, ticketing fee...) will be included in your ticket price.
However, the Philippine travel tax applied to individuals who are leaving the Philippines is not included in the ticket price and not be offered online due to passengers have to pay directly to the TIEZA Travel Tax counter at the airport. You may visit www.tieza.gov.ph for the complete list of qualified passengers for exemption in paying the Philippine Travel Tax and how to apply for the exemption.
Special assistant
We are happy to support any passenger with special request in regards to: meals, expectant mother, passenger with nut Allergy, senior citizens and PWD, travel with animal (only dog is accepted), travelling infants, unaccompanied minors and wheelchair service.

Onboard services
Inflight services may differ from what advertised due to operation reasons. We’ll try our best to contact the airlines to support you in regards to this matter. If you have any inquiry or request, kindly inform us in advance at least 72 hours prior to your departure time through our email address: reservations@flyphilippineairlines.com
Advance confirmation
You’re recommended to recheck your flight details before your departure time to ensure you’ll not be missing any schedule change/delay from us.

Cancellation
Please be advised that if you do not show up for any flight without advising us in advance, the return flight will be automatically canceled due to passenger did not on board for the departure flight.
We will only proceed to cancel and refund tickets after receiving passenger confirmation accepting the announced refund/cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be determined based on the time the passenger sends the confirmation email.
Some ticket classes are not allowed for cancellation or refund according to our Fare Rules and Regulations. You’re recommended to check our Fare Rules or email to reservations@flyphilippineairlines.com for further advice.
Modification
We reserve the right to modify, change or update above-mentioned conditions without prior notice to ensure all information is matched up with the Airlines’ information. This kind of modification shall not be applied or affected to prior carriage.
Schedule Change
You’re recommended to check your mail boxes (inbox, spam, junk) before your departure date to ensure you’ll not be missing any updates from us.
If different time between original departure time and new departure time is below 3 hours, no fully refund request is accepted.
If different time between original departure time and new departure time is 3 hours or above, fully refund request is accepted. Refund request must be sent to reservations@flyphilippineairlines.com at least 24 hours prior new departure time.
Security
We commit that all of your personal information is well managed to avoid any loss, misuse, alteration or destruction.
III. Fare Rules
Depending our the fare type and the airline, you may request to cancel or change your current ticket to other travel date or flight title with same ticket class or higher classes (not allowed downing grade to lower classes) and charges (change/refund fee + different fee between two flights - if available) should be applied. Different ticket classes and different flight types (domestic and international) for each airline will have different cancellation fee and change fee as follows.
Note: In cases of force majeure problems such as natural disasters, epidemics/pandemics etc., the below fare rules (refund/reschedule/reroute) may not be applied and must comply with the Airline policies during that period.
A. Philippine Airlines tickets:
1. Changes
- Name change: Not permitted. Please go to refund process instead.
- Ticket transferred to other passenger: Not permitted.
- Misspelling name: Must be the same person and apply the same fee as refund for promotional fares and nonrefundable fares - apply refund fee of refundable fare in the same sector.
- Other changes: You may request to change your current ticket to other travel date or flight title with the same ticket class or higher classes (not allowed to downgrade to lower classes) and charges (change fee + different fee between two flights - if available) should be applied.
Economy super saver class: not be accepted for change.
Other changes are as details listed in the following table. (see attached table at the end of this page)
2. Cancellation
Different ticket classes and different flight types (domestic and international) will have different cancellation fee and ticketing fee. Kindly check our fare rule carefully or email to reservations@flyphilippineairlines.com for more details and supports.
a. Refundable with Fee for Totally Unused Tickets; Non-Refundable for Partially Used Tickets.
Economy super saver is not refundable in any case. This rule is applied on both domestic and international flights.
b. Other ticket classes (economy saver, economy value, economy flex, Premium Economy, Business classes) are charged as follows:

- Combination fare between economy super saver and other classes will not be permitted for cancellation or refund.
- Ticketing fee is at USD50/ticket. Ticketing fee, Taxes, Airport fee and service fee are not refundable in any case.
- The above general fare rules are for reference only and NOT apply for the flight from/to US/UK/United Arab Emirates.
- No-show fee will be charged if the booking is not cancelled 24 hours prior departure time.
